Windows 10: no wifi option

Discus and support no wifi option in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I can only connect to internet threw the ethernet. there is no option for wifi in the network settings. I need help!... Discussion in 'Windows 10 Network and Sharing' started by CodyDobbins, Dec 26, 2018.

    WiFi and Bluetooth Options Disappeared from Device management

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

    Step 1: Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.


    • Press Windows key +X, select
      Control panel.

    • Change the view by option on the top right to
      Large icons.

    • Click on troubleshooting and click on the
      view all option on the left panel.

    • Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.
    Step 2: You may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.


      • Press Windows key + X.

      • Click on Device Manager.

      • Click on View.

      • Click on Show
        Hidden Devices.

      • Search for the Bluetooth device.

    Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...


    That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

    I suggest Option 1 is easier.

    If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

    Radeon Overlay not displaying all options

    Ok, I got a question. The options to hide the overlay are confusing. What are the steps to turn on the overlay in-game? Not interested in logging much at the moment. Is Alt-R part of turning it on/off?
