  1. No Windows Malicious Removal Tool during update?!

Just got an update during Patch Tuesday (just now!) but... There is no WRT (September edition) (or even FLASH update!) along with it. Normally it would be the case. Isn't it so that we get every month a new version of that tool?

    :)

    > where does MS hide their downloadable Malicious software removal tool on this site?

The Malicious Software Removal Tool (MSRT) is not "built into Windows 10".

"Microsoft generally delivers MSRT with Windows Update the second Tuesday of the month. The standalone version available on this* page is delivered at the same time.
    "

  4. No Windows Malicious Removal Tool during update?!

    Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool

Malicious software removal tool runs once a month after it gets downloaded from Windows update. Though I am not sure, but I think it never appeared in the list of installed programs.
