Windows 10: No Wireless Connectivity Windows 7

Hi all,My PC running Windows 7 does not show the possibility of a wireless connection. I can connect via ethernet but would like the option of a wireless connection. In Device Manager the adapter is listed 802.11n Wireless LAN Card with the old yellow triangle exclamation. It's enabled but the device status says: "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. Code 31". When I select 'Change Adapter Settings' from the Network and Sharing Center, no wireless connection is visible. In 'Manage Wireless Networks' it says "Wireless is not

The command in step 2 of Option Two should show your wireless networks listed in priority order. Top of the list is higher.
