Windows 10: non active windows dimming

Discus and support non active windows dimming in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; Recently Windows 10 gave me the option to dim non active windows.     non active windows dimming


    Recently Windows 10 gave me the option to dim non active windows. So I tried it, and I dont like it, but I cant figure out how to undo it!

    Google is not turning up anything.

    I did not use some app to do this, or at least I didnt download anything. Part of Opera Browser?

    I thought Windows 10 itself gave me the option, and I cant figure out how to turn it off.

    This is not the same as dimming the whole screen.

    Any help would be great!
