    ok, so, as of today, 03/12/20 approximately at 2 pm GMT+8, i just watched a youtube video and suddenly, the screen goes blue and said ”locking” with the spinning wheel. so, i cant open it back. i left it for a few minutes and i opened it back. it said automatic system repair. i pressed continue but it still loops. when i tried to factory reset my laptop, it said it cant. thing happened before: i got my new mouse delivered and i installed the driver but i dont reset my laptop yet cuz i wait for my big file download to finished. almost it done, the browser went unresponsive. i dont want to shut the browser yet cuz the file is a little inch to be done. and when its fine, i watched the youtube video and the event occurred. please help. its for my finals. thank you. p/s, its a windows 10, acer laptop.

    your concern?

    As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
    Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

    • On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
    • Select Troubleshoot.
    • Select Advanced options.
    • Select Startup Repair.

    Here are the steps I generally recommend to fix automatic repair boot loops:

    Use Check Disk Utility

    Fix Boot and Rebuild BCD via Command Prompt

    Restore Windows Registry

    Delete the Problematic File

    Disable Automatic Startup Repair

    Check Device Partition and OsdevicePartition

    Perform Refresh or Reset Your PC
