  1. Non-Operation of Biometric Sign-in option

I am using a laptop, which assembles fingerprint sensor as biometric device. It was working fine until a worse 'Windows Update' came into play. Now, while browsing in 'sign-in options' settings, I encountered a message stating "Windows Hello isn't available on this device". Tried to roll back the drivers and reinstalling the drivers and every possible solution which could be doubted, but nothing helped.

Now the question arises, is the problem carried out by windows update, or is it the sensor's hardware corrupted. In need for the result. Can't ignore the sensor cause I am addicted to it, and is necessary for today's security.

Bdw, Windows BIOS version is 1803, OS Build: 17134.407

    Thanks.

    :)
