    Non workin keybord keys


    Hi there i had some problems with my keybord from the last 2 weeks With some keys not working such as as.....BACKSPACE ,F,G keys

    typed with on screen keybord.... and it as been a major issue


    i treid to update drivers from windows update ....no luck


    i treid device manager and ..........no luck


    and i even reinserted te keybord cable......no


    how can i fix this??

    HP-1000 laptop


    AMD-E1 1200 APU WIT RADEON D RAPICS


    8GB RAM DDR4


    500B SSD


    WINDOWS 10 20H2

    Non workin keybord keys

    Keybord keys Backspace, and p not working

    Hello,

    Recently my keybord keys P and backspace have stoped working. Ive tried many different things to fix this (Factory reset, Updateing keybord drivers, Filter keys off) But none have worked. My pc is a Asus laptop running on an outdated version of windows ten
    version 1902. Is it this reason that the keybord is like this? If not is there anything i can do? I dont think it is a hardwhere issue as it just randomly stoped working after i used the power button to shut down my computer. Hover i recall before shuting
    the computer down i was haveing issues with my backspace key not working to a certain extent.

    I would apreciate any help
