    Not a single software run as administrator in windows 10


    Hello all,

    I am trying to use any software to run as administrator, but unable to run any program as administrator even i want to run cmd command prompt as run as administrator, but failed,

    The error it showing is : C:\ program files\Adobe\Reader9.0\Reader\AcroRd64.exe

    Request is not supported,


    this error shows for every softwareexcept software name changes after program files\ that i want to run in my pc, i checked all my softwares are updated.

    The following solutions i tried uptil now but nothing helps:

    1. Program Compatibilty Troubleshooter= result it doest solve my problem

    2. as cmd not running as administrator so cannot do the scannow command,

    3. I amd the only user of my pc so i am admnistrator as it shown in user account setting.


    My pc is lenovo , my windows is window 10 and activated, and window version is : Version 1909OS build18363.1198


    I am searching this from last 2 days, but unable to find any solution. kindly help me out. Thanks in advance.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
