Windows 10: not able to download .net 3.5 in windows 10

Discus and support not able to download .net 3.5 in windows 10 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; i am not able to download .net 3.5 in my pc when i try to download it shows a error 0x80248008 and says to restart my pc. but even after restart it...     i am not able to download .net 3.5 in my pc when i try to download it shows a error 0x80248008 and says to restart my pc. but even after restart it shows the same error and i am not able to download it what should i do​
