Windows 10: NOT ABLE TO INSTALL ANY APP OUTSIDE WINDOWS STORE

I am not able to install any third party apps on my laptop.




When I click on "see how" option on above popup, it opens windows store which says your device in not running on S-Mode.





I also tried to verify version and edition of windows 10 by running command "winver" in taskbar. it also showed that I am on Windows 10 pro, not on windows 10 S.





Please help me out.

How to launch an installed app outside of Store

Until today I've been able to pin the Windows Scan app to my taskbar (this is Windows 10). Today I find the icon is not on the task bar and I can't find the app on my system. When I search Cortana it directs me to the Windows Store where the app appears,
but it says the app is already installed on my PC. I can launch the app from the Store and it works OK, but I'd like to be able to run it outside of Store; in particular, I want to pin the app icon to my taskbar for ease of use.

How can I do this? Specifically, how can I find where the Scan app is installed on my system, so I can pin it to my taskbar? The app doesn't appear in the list of apps which I display using the Windows Logo key.

In Windows 10, you're free to sideload an app from outside the Windows Store. However, please note that it's not recommended to sideload apps. If there's a need to sideload apps, you should only install from a trusted source. By default, the operating system
blocks you from sideloading apps. This is to protect you and your computer, as getting certified apps from the Store ensures that you're getting a good app that will not harm your device. To allow Windows 10 to sideload apps, you may follow these steps:

• Open Settings.
• Click on Update & security.
• Click on For developers.
