Discus and support Not able to log into Hotmail account in Outlook 365 when using a VPN in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I have a couple of Hotmail accounts that I have setup to use in Outlook 365.     Not able to log into Hotmail account in Outlook 365 when using a VPN


    I have a couple of Hotmail accounts that I have setup to use in Outlook 365. When I have my VPN on and do a "Send/Receive" I get a toast message saying that I need to login to my Hotmail account. (shown here)

    When I "Click here" on the message box, I get taken to this window in Outlook that does not allow me to do anything.

    As a result, the only way I can get my Hotmail in Outlook is if I turn my VPN off.


    Why does Hotmail not work in Outlook 365 when using a VPN?

    Hi ppl hope ever things good there, i formatted my PC and re-installed my outlook 2010 and i configured every little thing and i just can't send emails using my hotmail account configured in outlook i can only receive does anyone know how can i fix it???
