Windows 10: Not Able to login

i am having windows 10 and After i reset my laptop its showing me other user login asking for login id and password and i tried doing login threw my microsoft account but i am not able to get acess..

Please need urgent help in this case..

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

I would suggest you the run Windows store app troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

  Type troubleshooting in the
  Search area on the taskbar.

  Click on View all on the left panel of the Troubleshooting Windows.
  
• 
  Select Windows store Apps.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.

Windows 10 Login Crash Loop

• Which screen are you referring to?
• Are you able to login to Desktop?
• Are you able to see the login screen?

The power icon referred in the steps is present at the login screen. If you are able to see the login screen where you enter the password to go to Desktop, then you need to follow those steps. These steps to be followed if you are able to reach to
login screen but unable to go to Desktop.
