Windows 10: Not able to put pin while turning on then even when the keyboards are fine, inscreen...

.Not able to put pin while turning on then even when the keyboards are fine, inscreen keyboard also does not work. Cannot shut down or restart. This started after a recent update. I tried uninstalling recent updates but still kot working. PC is stuck at lock screen.

I suggest you to create a PIN for your device and try the on screen keyboard to login to the same.

You may follow the steps below to create PIN protection for your device.

  Go to Settings and select account.

  Click on sign in option and Go to PIN option.
  
• 
  Now click on Add and set PIN for login.
  

You can use the same PIN to login to your device using the on screen Keyboard from ease of access option and verify the result.

To address your concern, we suggest that you try the following steps:

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.

• Choose “Ease of Access“.
