Windows 10: Not able to reactivate windows 10 after hardware change

I have upgraded my PC to windows 10 while it was available for free. Due to some reasons I had to change my hardware, after that I am not able to reactivate windows 10 on my PC. It is showing the below image if I start troubleshooting.
