Windows 10: Not able to reply to e-mails and not getting income e-mails on time or Ever!

Ok, everything was working fine up to about the early part of December 2020.

I had two computers, two phones and a tablet which were getting and send e-mail ok. I have tried since then and now to get that syncing back. No luck.


I had read you're "We couldn't access this account: Gmail. You might need and you know the rest of this statement


I am at a witts end as sometimes I seem to get incoming mail or not able to send new or reply mails out.

I have changed the password but nothing changes. Maybe I am not doing that in the right place.


I have also visited several cell phone stores with my equipment in hand and they were not able to help except to tell me about the "new" offer from their supplier.


I use a Microsoft 830 running the latest version of Windows 10 for my mobile com's and have Samsung J7 as a back up to that which has come in handy more than once. My tablet is an ATT ZTE model KSS. My Notebook, which serves as one of the Desktops, is an Asus and running Windows 10 as does my older HP desk/floor computer. I have two HP V240a for the monitors. All were working with each other until, as I said the early part of 12/1/2020 and been for at least 5 years and doing upgrades as required if available.


Help, please! I can't run my business now in terms of e-mail! Of course, you might not get this or me able to reply at this point!

Losing Incoming E-Mail


My ISP for e-mail is 101sitehosting.com. I have contacted them and they are searching for my missing e-mail - I sent them a copy of an e-mail I did not get. They are supposed to keep my e-mail on their server for a number of days, so hopefully they find out what is happening to them.

The strange thing is, I am getting some e-mail. For example this morning I had forgotten my password for one company and their e-mail for a password reset almost arrived instantly.

Losing Incoming E-Mail


I use Outlook 2016 as my e-mail program and it has always worked great. A few days ago I noticed that I was not getting some e-mail that had been sent to me. I know this because the e-mail was sent to a group. I had one of the group members forward the e-mail to me. I checked everything out in that message and it was totally correct. As a matter of fact 10 minutes earlier that same sender had sent another group e-mail and I got that one. The e-mail sender checked to see that the message was sent and not bounced back for some reason.

The problem has gotten worse, yesterday I almost got no e-mail and I know that I was sent a bunch of stuff. I even went to my neighbor and sent myself a test e-mail and it did not arrive. I am pretty sure it is not my system causing the problem because I have an Android tablet and it does not get the e-mails either. The thing that really has me puzzled is I am still getting some e-mail, mainly from advertisers.

I contacted my Internet Service Provider yesterday to see if they are having some problem. They are checking into it but there is nothing they are aware about.

If anyone has an idea of what is going here it would be greatly appreciated.

I need a slick E-mail program!

My parents are absolutely stonewall about keeping AOL. The best reason they can give me for keeping it is the easy to use E-mail interface. I ain't arguing, I haven't found anything easier to use, but it TAKES SO MUCH MEMORY! And so I'm thinking that if I can find something nice and easy to use, I might be able to get my parents to use it instead of AOL, and finally get the bloatware known as AOL off my computer! The requirements-

• Must be easy to use
• Can't be browser-based (so AIM mail, Yahoo, and MSN are no-no's)
• Preferably compatible with AOL mail, my parents don't want to switch E-mail accounts
• Can't be Mozilla Thunderbird...I tried it and it sucks in terms of multiple E-mail accounts, and it erased all my saved mail *Frown .

Any ideas?
