    Not able to save or open files


    Hello everyone . I bought a brand new windows 10 laptop to go along with with a new guitar amplifier I purchased . The amplifier comes with free software to download . The software ( BLACKSTAR INSIDER } is a very valuable tool for downloading amp setting patches that I can retrieve when I want to use the settings..The laptop connects to the amplifier via USB . When connected I can only use the interface of INSIDER but cannot download any patches...BLACKSTAR INSIDER is in my Documents but won't let me save or open their files...it tells me file doesn't exist, but I'm looking at the files and they are there...,.I've been searching for answers for 5 days through Google and through BLACKSTAR itself and still nothing...when attempting to download a patch in the file { saved patched } it says "no items match your search" So I guess my computer isn't recognizing the files....any help would be very appreciated

    opening .dds files with gimp

    Simply, HOW? I got the DDS plugin but the POS wont open DDS files still. Can someone give me a step-by-step rundown of how to install the DDS plugin for gimp so I know if I'm missing something?

    Saves log files ?

    You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

    Download CCcleaner from here...........

    CCleaner Professional | Try the world’s most trusted PC cleaner, free!

    You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

    • How are you accessing emails through web browser or through a mail client (mail app, outlook 2010/2013)?

    • Are you trying to save the email attached file? Please elaborate.
    If you are using Outlook email, let’s try simple steps and check if it helps. Try the below steps provided.

    Step 1.

    If you want to save only the attached file from the email, try the below step.


    • Right click on the attached file and click on Save as.

    • Now select a folder location where you want to save the attached file.
    Step 2.

    If you want to save the file along with the email try the below steps provided.


    • Open the mail you want to save and click on File on the top of the right side.

    • Click on Save As and select a folder location where you want to save the email.
