Windows 10: Not able to transfer Retail Windows 10 to new PC

My ancient laptop originally came with OEM Windows 7 Home. Later I got a Retail Windows 7 Pro on it. Later I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, which is currently activated on this laptop with a digital license linked to my Microsoft account. 'slmgr /dli' command shows "Retail" FYI. 'wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey' does not return anything.Now I have built a new Desktop with Win10 Pro, and I want to transfer the Win10 license from the laptop to the desktop. But I am facing issues.Please note I am logged in to the same Microsoft account on this desktop.When I try to run

If you upgraded from a retail box copy Windows 7, it has retail transfer rights.

Use the following to see if you can find the original Windows 7 key. If you can't find the original Windows 7 key, you won't be able to transfer it.

If its a full retail store bought license online or offline, it is transferable to a new computer or motherboard.

If its the free upgrade from a retail store bought Windows 7 or Windows 8 license, it is transferable to a new computer or motherboard.

If its the free upgrade from a OEM preinstalled Windows 7 or Windows 8 license, it is NOT transferable to a new computer or motherboard.
