Windows 10: Not able to turn on diagnostics and feedback to full

Hello. I registered with windows insider program but now it is saying to turn on diagnostics and feedback to full. When I arrived on the diagnostics and feedback page, I saw that it was written, 'Some settings are hidden by your organization.' How can this be possible as it is my personal PC. Initially my dad used it so when I got it, I disconnected it from the network drive and I also saw that my pc was in workgroup not in domain. I tried to do it with registery key also but I did not understood how to do it. Only the diagnostics and feedback setting I cannot change, rest all the settings can be changed. Please help.

Windows 10 Feedback Broken

To isolate your concern, we'll need the following information:

• What's the exact error message are you getting?
• Are you logged in as an administrator?

We suggest you to check privacy settings in Windows 10. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Privacy settings.
• On the left pane, click Feedback and diagnostics.
• Under Feedback frequency, Windows should ask for my data should be selected to
  Automatically.

I suggest that you provide your suggestions and feedbacks in the dedicated
Feedback App. Follow these steps to provide suggestions in Windows Feedback App.

At any time, select Start, and then type Windows Feedback
to send us your opinions and suggestions. Windows Feedback is only available if you have Diagnostic and usage data set to Full (Full is the recommended setting).

To change the Diagnostic and usage data setting, go to Start , then select
Settings > Privacy > Feedback & diagnostics, and then, under
Diagnostic and usage data, select an option.

Sync settings does nothing on new Windows 10 machine

We suggest that you change the Feedback and Diagnostics settings on both devices. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Open Settings.
• Go to Privacy, Feedback & diagnostics.
• Your Diagnostics and usage data settings are probably set to Basic. Just change it to Enhanced or higher.

Once you change Feedback and Diagnostics settings, you should be able to sync your settings normally again.
