    Not booting in windows.


    My laptop is not booting into windows. It first started with some blue screens and when I tries to do a clean install of Windows without deleting my data. It get stucked and now whenever I try to boot laptop it take me to startup repair. It's not even doing a clean install. I tries everything I am not able to take backup of my data as it is showing change usb format to NTFS and I don't have a pc to do that. Please help me to get my data back and starting my laptop.
