  1. Not Functioning Keys

Hi again! I am writing this post because I am experiencing this stupid problem in my laptop which I noticed after updating my Windows 10 last week. The 1, 2, 3, 4 ,7, 8, 9, 0 keys at the top of my keyboard are not functioning. Only the number 5 and 6 are working. I can't also input the punctuation/symbols that goes to these numbers like the ! @ # $ & * ( ). [By the way, I was able to encode the numbers and punctuation/symbols here by copying them from my files and pasting them here. Very hassle, isn't it?] Other shortcuts like windows+r, windows+e, windows+l, etc. are also not functioning. I am cleaning my keyboard almost everyday and I vacuum them maybe every 3 months so I doubt that having dirty keyboards would be the cause. I am becoming upset of this especially that I have many works to do on this laptop. I've also read an online post of someone who got the same problem as mine after updating his/her device.

Any idea why this happened and how will I fix it? Any help please.

    Thank you in advance.

P.S. my laptop is Dell Inspiron 15, core i3.

    :)
