Windows 10: Not Optimum Mode

Hi guys my monitor has been displaying "Not optimum mode" recommending 1920x1080 box floating, since 23 dec. I wss playing league of legends and suddenly screen turned black and this happened.

Idk what to do now, every time i turn on my pc it shows this, and wont load at all. Just black screen with the popup. Does this mean my monitor is spoiled and i should get a new one, would getting a new one solve this problem? Dont want to waste my money.

Live TV Optimum app for laptop is not working on Windows

We understand your concern and we truly appreciate the time and effort that you have taken to work on this issue. However, we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if it resolves the issue.

1. Uninstall the Optimum App for laptop.
   
2. Then open Control panel.
   
3. Click and Programs and Features.
   
4. Locate Microsoft Silverlight and
   Uninstall the same.
   
5. Download and install the latest version of
   Microsoft Silverlight.
   
6. Then try installing the
   Optimum App and check.
   

If the issue still persists, we would suggest you to refer
Restore form a system restore point in the article
Recovery options in Windows 10 and please try performing the system restore to the point where the app was working fine.



Note: We would not recommend you to perform the steps apart from the section
Restore from a system restore point.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

i want to connect my dstv decoder to a dell monitor but i get can not display this video mode optimum resolution 1280×1024... what seems to be a problem?
