Windows 10: Not seeing Group messages// Your Phone app, Win10, Samsung Note9

I have a samsung Note 9, linked to windows, using Your Phone app. I have been sending messages including group messages for months.Recently, group messages will not send. Oddly can still send & see msgs to individuals.I have tried uninstalling, restarting, unlinking and relinking, clearing data, cache, almost everything I can think of. I've even uninstalled Your Phone via powershell. Please tell me there is a way to fix this!

Unable to see group messages in Your Phone App on PC

We understand that you are unable to see group messages in Your Phone app on your PC. I have tried to reproduce the same on my computer and I was able to see the group messages in Your Phone app.



To investigate on the cause, we will need the details requested below:

• Which SIM carrier are you using?
  
• What is the make and model of your phone?
  
• What is the version and name of the Operating system that you are using on your Phone i.e. Android or iOS?
  
• What are the MMS settings that you are using currently?
  

Please reply with the requested details to help you further.

Not getting full texts from android samsung device in group message

Hi,

To assist you regarding your concern, please answer the following questions:

• What messaging app are you using?
  
• Were you able to receive the text messages completely from those contacts (who's using Samsung phone) if it's sent to you directly (not through the group chat)?
  
• What about the other members of the group (iPhone users), are they receiving the complete message from that contact who's using a Samsung phone?
