    Not working after windows update


    So I updated my computer and when it finished I was greeted with a black screen and a cursor. After a long time nothing happened. So, I teied restarting my pc. After restarting I was able to log in but now I was greeted with a black screen and a windows saying that my personalized settings are nkt responding. I tried restarting after that but I am now stick in the loading screen. Any fix?

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

    Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
