Windows 10: Notebooks rendered useless after latest W11 update - boot loop trying to undo changes

Here we go again ,,, another unneeded IT crisis by Microsoft.So far, 5 notebooks from our customers have exactly the same symptom after the users allow whatever is the update creating the issue: notebook tries to restart, beach ball appears, brief message about undoing changes and restart. Rinse and repeat.Anyone else having this issue and more importantly, MICROSOFT, how to break the loop and save the notebook?4 Dell, one HP Ps: Can a non-lazy developer fix the VERSION pop-up to include WINDOWS 11? What a joke

Undoing Changes Loop

My computer is stuck in the "undoing changes loop" and will not boot at all. Keeps trying to boot then goes in a loop back to trying to open. I have tried powering off and on three times to get to the Advanced Repair with no success. Any suggestions on
on to fix this issue. Thank you

Thanks for your reply.

I did try that idea, however, While the USB drive was boot-able, I could not get into the BIOS to change the boot order so that the notebook could boot up with the new Win 10 on the flash drive. That's because, I believe, the notebook is so stuck in the
loop of trying to "undo the changes made to my computer".

Also, sadly, I didn't make a backup of my data. I'm not too concerned about this as I have other computers, from which, I can copy data.

I did follow lots of suggestions given to others on the MS Community site. Unfortunately, I couldn't get my notebook to accept any of them!
