Windows 10: Nothing updates in Windows 10 version 1803

In windows 10 pro version 1803 build number 17134.1304 installed 6/17/18. I run 360 Total Security along with Defender. I have outdated drivers that will not update therefore the new updates will not update. I have probably tried every solution Microsoft offers? I'm flat broke a carpenter with ZERO tech. skills. I've done everything except sell my soul to Satan to resolve these issues. I need a job are you guys hiring? I have a chance to go to work online but I need a working computer. I cant afford to buy a new one. I don't have the money to pay someone to fix this computer. I've spent everything I dreamed of retiring with in the last 5 years on kidney & lung cancer treatments & surgery. I've tried the DISM TOOL elevated cmmd prompt per Microsoft instructions but it doesn't recognize "Health" ?I then tried the sfc/scannow it also doesn't work? Now I'm a ZERO TECH carpenter & it's possible I'm doing something wrong? However when everything Microsoft instructs one to do & NONE of it is recognized or works I sincerely don't think I'm am doing everything wrong. Is there anyone that can please help me before I loose the job I have waiting on me? There are millions of people out of work & I'm sure they won't hold the job for long for me. Thank you very much

Unable to update Windows 10 Pro version 1709 to 1803

Have made several attempts to update Windows 10 version 1709 to the latest version 1803 and have not been successful.

I've done the following per some suggestions found online:

• Updated drivers
• Ran the Trouble Shooter for Windows 10 (Errors found were shown to be "Fixed" per the tool)
• Unplugged the printer

Although not at every attempt, I have received the following errors:

• 0xc1900101
• 0x80070643

Can someone please advise me as to what the errors are and provide me with the steps to update Windows.

Next Major Windows 10 Update Named "Spring Creators Update"

The next Windows 10 service pack major update has been named "Spring Creators Update." Windows Insider Program users toying with Build 17618 of the operating system spotted a listing of all the major updates of Windows 10 known to the build, when running "Get-VMHostSupportedVersion" in Power Shell. The last entry reads "Microsoft Windows 10 Spring Creators Update 1803." The version number (1803 in this case), often coincides with the public release date of the update. The Fall Creators Update 1709, released in 2017-09 (September) to Insiders. Going by that convenion, Spring Creators Update could see a "branded" Insider preview build this month, 2018-03 (March), with a public release usually 3-4 weeks after, presumably before Summer kicks in.
