Notification area sidebar not following main taskbar to secondary display

I would like to play games.etc in full screen on my preferred monitor while receiving notifications on my additional monitor. My original solution was to set my additional monitor as my primary monitor. However, this meant that some of the older games that I play would only play in full screen on that primary/additional monitor when I wanted them to play on my preferred/secondary monitor. I have now switched so that my preferred monitor is the primary monitor, once again, and have unlocked and dragged my main taskbar over to my additional/secondary monitor. However, when I select the button to bring up my notifications on the secondary monitor, the notification sidebar still appears on the primary monitor!

To give clarity to the image above:

the left-hand monitor is my preferred fullscreen apps and primary monitor "main display"

the right-hand monitor is my additional, and secondary monitor wanting to have my notifications show up on this display

    :)

    • Right click Taskbar.
    • Select Properties.
    • Untick Show taskbar on all displays; then, Apply.
    • Drag the remaining primary monitor taskbar to the screen you want.

There's only Taskbar settings instead of Properties, but's I guess they are almost the same.

I unchecked Show taskbar on all display and Lock all taskbar and dragged my main monitor's taskbar into my secondary monitor and they just switched taskbar for each other.

The taskbar with no Notification Area is now in my main monitor while the one with Notification Area is in my secondary monitor. That is not what I intended however. I want both of my taskbar to have Notification Area (and Aero Peek if it also counts).
