Windows 10: Nowhere to re-download my Adobe elements 2019 without buying it again.

I bought it last year. It crashed and I tried to download it again so I could re-enter my installation code. At that time it was possible to download a free triall and then pay to get the code but all that is foffered now is to re-buy it.

How can I download it withut buying it again so I can re-enter my code?

• yes. a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the problem and notify you if a solution is available.

Organiser seems to work. Editor does not.

Troubleshooting? Yes contacted Adobe. They say MS must provide the serial number, which did not come. I downloaded from the MS app shop, and then it just said launch. No serial number was given Adobe requires that serial number in order to take action

 

Why can't I buy Adobe Photoshop Elements 15

I recently purchased a Lenovo 710 Yoga with i7 processor, NVIDIA, and 16GB of RAM. However, when going to purchase the adobe photoshop Elements 15 app, the system seemed to suggest I didn't have the required 4GB of RAM required to run it. It also wont let
me click the "Buy" button. Why is this?
