Windows 10: ntdll.dll and draftsight 2018 sp3

not sure to start a whole storytelling

here is the situation; got myself a new workmachine HP Z2 G3 16GB - intel icore 7

started installing my favorite software from scratch thus also DraftSight PRO 64bit for windows <> and a lot of other CAD software all with appropriate licenses


when using the DraftSight Program it crashes always with one command Mirror multiple elements and gives errors at the commandline prompt attempting to print or open the options menu


in many cases it crashes altogether


i found application errors in the logbook



and in text


so I found some quotes about the ntdll.dll


I checked the internet about some error related and found this




so I checked my registry and found 3 entries of which I gues this one is important, but cannot decipher it




I am not sure what to try to restore and or fix this new workstation with my cad software

Draftsight Crashes

It is new software Draftsight Professional 2018 designed for Windows 10. It is not supported by XP or Vista, etc.

 

Draftsight 2018 software

Lenovo 120S installs Draftsight software but when i start program all i get is the flash screen then it closes .Have tried starting it as administrator but it still wont work.
