Windows 10: NTFS Hard drive crashed and is now RAW - HELP PLEASE

2x SSDs, disk 0(Crucial 2TB) is my main SSD and disk 1(Generic 1TB) is for data only

I messed up big time trying to over-partition my SSD and now I get BSOD and upon looking in CMD DISKPART i see that two partitions, one of which I have a lot of important data on, have changed from NTFS to RAW and I want to see if there is any other option to save this situation other than using data recovery software to salvage data and then format both partitions back to NTFS, which will probably render data unreadable, right?

ok, so here is what happened:

I have a Crucial 2TB SSD and I noticed that my over-provisioning was set to only .5%(~960MB) when the recommended value is 10%. The Crucial software, Crucial Storage Executive) wouldn't allow me to change it for some reason and recommended that I use a partitioning program to delete the current OP partition and retry with Crucial Storage Executive so I went into EaseUS Partition Manager and saw that my drive was separated into 5 partitions. I know UEFI needs 4 and I thought the 5th was the OP, even though I saw there was like 760MB of data used on this 960MB size partition so I deleted it and merged it with my C: partition. EaseUS restarted my computer and shows the RECOVERY BSOD and it says "The application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors."

I tried using my recovery drive and installing Windows 10 dvd using "repair my computer" option and both did nothing and brought me back to the RECOVERY BSOD screen. I then went into advanced options and in CMD typed in DISKPART and can see my two SSDs and selected disk 0(Crucial 2TB) where the two partitions that I tried to merge are located and now see they are RAW file system when they were originally NTFS being my C: drive with all my files and windows installation and I don't know what D: was, but now I'm thinking that had something to do with my windows boot files and I screwed myself.

Is there anyway to save this situation and easily convert these two partitions back to NTFS without losing my data or do I have to go the long route and use a data-recovery program and save to another drive and then format these two partitions (or whole drive) to NTFS?

How to convert RAW partition to NTFS partition.

Thanks for your reply. Apparently the convert drive to NTFS doesn't work when the drive is RAW. After following your instructions in step 2 I get message "convert is not available for RAW drives.

Any suggestions?

 

Converting a RAW drive back to ntfs

I have an external USB drive which has changed to a RAW drive from an NTFS drive, so Windows cannot access the drive. I have tried suggestions made on the Community website, so far non have worked, due to the fact I thing that the suggestions made are not
up to date as far as Windows 10 is concerned.

My Windows 10 is up to date, (October 2018).

Could yo please suggests something that works for the current version of Windows 10?
