    Ntoskrnl.exe MEMORY MANAGEMENT ERROR

I have been facing this issue for the last one week. Sometimes, when I am working on my laptop, it automatically shutdowns and an error message is displayed "Your PC couldn't turn off properly. There isn't enough memory available to create a ram disk device. Error code : 0xc0000017".

I tried referring various Microsoft articles, but none of them succeeded in solving this problem. I installed an application called as BlueScreenView, to detect what's the problem. I have attached the screenshot of the results.

I don't know how to fix the problem. Can you please help me out ??
