    ntoskrnl.exe, ndis.sys BSOD on new Dell Vostro


    Frequent BSOD on this new Dell Vostro 3400. All Dell drivers, BIOS, Windows updated. Dell diagnostics all pass with no errors. memtest produces no errors. Win 10 x64 version 21H1 Log files attached. Thank you for your help!

    BSOD Bad_Pool_Caller Win10 on Dell Inspiron

    Here is some info that may help. May be your network driver. One of the posts suggest a program that will give more info on what crashed. Hope this helps you.

    Ntoskrnl BSOD

    • Update your Realtek audio driver.
    • Update your computer.
    • Disable overclocking settings.
    • Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
    • Clean your registry.
    • Check your disk for errors.
    • Fix bad memory issues.
    • Remove faulty sticks of RAM.
