Windows 10: NUC will not reset.

Hi

I have an NUC i3 and recently turned it on after many months of inactivity. The first thing it did was update windows. After the update it would not complete the start. It wont allow me to do anything like a restore.


So in the end I tried to do a reset as I did not need any of the data on the NUC. It goes about 20% into the reset and then crashes out asking me to reset again.


I am very keen on any help that will make the NUC useable again. Thanks Henry

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

Unfortunately your network provider is trying to fob you off as provision of NUC is an issue in which Nokia never involves itself, as is the sole responsibility of said network provider.
