Windows 10: Nuisance desktop.ini file

Discus and support Nuisance desktop.ini file in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; Odd, as they all have their 'S' attribute set.     I don't think the S attribute has anything to do with it. I think there's just a list of files and folders windows keeps internally for the "hide system files and folders" setting.

    There are two settings for hidden files. ProgramData will still be visible if you enable hide protected operating system files.
