    error message c:\Users\Nikki\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\NvBackend\ApplicationOntology\OntologydII

Hi Nikki, this is a common enough error, even installing your Graphics driver software will not fix this error

    Open Windows File Explorer

On the View Ribbon, check the box marked 'Hidden Items'

Navigate to (replace username with your login name):

    C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\NvBackend\ApplicationOntology

Delete the contents of that folder and restart your PC

    That's It!

Go to the folder c:\Users\Nikki\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\NvBackend\ApplicationOntology and delete all under that folder.

Hello Nikki, I’m Virginia an independent advisor here.

That looks to be connected to nVidia graphics card - do you have nVidia graphics installed?

If so try closing all instances of nVidia under task manager - ctrl, alt delete, task manager.

Also try updating the driver via GeForce experience - you may have to download it if it isn’t already on the pc.

Some also have has success by going to C:\Users\"yourusername"\AppData\Local\NVIDIA\NvBackend\ApplicationOntology and deleting that folder but imo this may affect nVidia.

    As for the OneDrive problem.

Do you have any Microsoft Office software installed?

Do you use any pc cleaning software - say CCleaner?
