Windows 10: NVIDIA control panel not showing under other local users

Hello !


I´ve got a trouble with Nvidia control panel. In my default account it is working quite fine, it showing up and working. But when I add another users, and make administrators from them, the nvidia control panel not showing up ! Seems it run in background, when I run services, it is running, but not showing up the app, so I canť do any settings.


Please help, I´m searching how to fix this whole week, but nothing work.


specs:

system: Windows 10 Pro / version 10.0.18363 Build 18363

driver version: 442.92 latest studio driver from nvidia

nvidia control panel version: 8.1.956.0

GPU: nvidia RTX 2070Super

My NVIDIA Control Panel Doesnt Show On Windows 10

Hi,

One of the possible reasons you're getting this concern is due to an outdated or incomplete installation file of the driver. To resolve your query, follow the steps below:

• Remove your old driver. It will help you delete the components of the current driver installed on your computer that may hinder us on installing the latest installation file of the new driver.

• Right-click on Start button and choose Control Panel. Make sure you are logged in as Administrator.
  
• Select Uninstall a program under Programs.
• Choose the program for NVIDIA. Right-click on it and select Uninstall.

If there were no any NVIDIA related products on the list, we need to uninstall the current driver from the Device Manager. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Start Control Panel and click Hardware and Sound.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
• On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process. When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.

• Download and reinstall the new driver. Visit your graphic card manufacturer's website and download the latest driver which includes the missing control panel.

• Restart your compute and check if you can now see the control panel.

Windows 10 version 1903 Nvidia Control Panel issues.

I understand that nvidia Control Panel is not accepting desktop color settings correctly, In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, we would need some
information.

1. What is the Make and the Model of the computer?
   
2. May I know the Model of the nvidia Graphic card?
   

I suggest you to try the following methods and check:

Method 1: Change the output dynamic range to full.

1. Open nvidia control panel.
   
2. Click on Display.
   
3. Select Change resolution.
   
4. Output dynamic range
   
5. Set this value to Full.
   

Method 2: Update nvidia Graphic driver.

Suggest you to update the nvidia Graphic driver from the

nvidia website and check if it fixes the issue.
