Nvidia Display adapter not detected and accidentally uninstalled from device manager

My Nvidia GPU was not getting detected. So I have opened my device manager, and found it after clicking on View Hidden Devices, but sort of shaded. I uninstalled it from device manager in an attempt to reinstall the driver again to get it to work, however it has become nowhere to be found. A complete factory reset didn’t even manage to resolve the issue.

    What can I do now?

I can only see my intel graphics card.

    :)

Nvidia driver doesn't detect the graphic hardware

Did you notice that on Device Manager the Display adapter doesn't appear ?

And I tried installing the latest driver from Nvidia site and it didn't detect any compatible graphic hardware

    Hi Mike,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community, we appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

Do let us know the complete error code/ error message of this issue?

I would like to inform that, Microsoft will not support for any hardware issues/ release any hardware related drivers.

The device manufacturer has to release the latest drivers for the newer operating system.

      Update Driver
, and then follow the instructions. You might be asked for an admin password or to confirm your choice.

Step 2: If that doesn't fix the issue, reinstall the display adapter drivers.

    • Right click on the Start button from the desktop and select
      Device Manager.

    • Locate and expand Display adapter.

    • Right-click on the Display adapter that is listed and click
      Uninstall.
