  1. nVidia folder being created at c:\ after every reboot

Starting yesterday an empty folder C:\nVidia Corporation\umdlogs gets created every time I start my computer.

The driver version is 441.87 which was installed on 9th February. nVidia drivers no longer show in programs and features (only physx shows). I do not install geforce experience.

Reinstalling the drivers doesn't fix the problem.

How do I stop this folder creation?

    :)

  2. nVidia folder being created at c:\ after every reboot

I have problems deleting the folder. It just gets recreated every restart. So I assume you're saying that DDU has an option to disable the creation of that folder?

Ok, will do. I have a couple of things running which will take a couple of hours, but once done, I'll do as you suggest.

Interestingly, of the 10 PCs here, all of which are running the same driver version, only mine has this folder being created.

nVidia folder being created at c:\ after every reboot

Yes, I read that, but I've not used DDU in a long time, certainly not in the last 24 hours. Nor have I updated the drivers since Feb.
So, I'm not sure what you're driving at. DDU is not creating the folder, the nVidia software is. Anyway, I'll uninstall with DDU and reinstall and see what happens.
