Windows 10: Nvidia Graphics Driver causing mouse to stick in Windows 10

Hi all.
Thought I'd give an update.
After cracking my head for days, I did a clean reinstall of Windows. As in, from scratch.
The problem persisted, and I rolled back to driver version 384, which improved things somewhat, but still not optimal. It was still a barebones install, just the driver.
Today, I remembered that I had forgotten to do something with my clean install. I had forgotten to install the AMD Chipset drivers for my x370 motherboard.
After I did that, the mouse is working 100%, with a full Nvidia install, including PhysX and Geforce. (At least so far - I just did this like 1 hour ago)
What I can't explain, is why the problem started in the first place, on my old install, since the chipset drivers were definitely installed then.
Anyway, it goes back to old advice - make sure ALL drivers are up to date. The chipset is not one most people think of.
