On 22-02-2019 Nvidia company has released the new GeForce DCH & STANDARD whql driver v419.17, for Windows 10 64 bit only for builtin Nvidia notebooks graphics cards.

I would recommend you ton install the customized certified driver created for your laptop model by your laptop manufcaturer .
