  1. Nvidia RTX 3080 Ventus 3X 10G OC NVLDDMKM error

I have a random error that happens maybe once-twice a week. Monitor will go black, computer will restart on it's own, and then I will check event viewer. Sometimes I will see NVLDDMKM report a crash before critical kernel power error. Other times it won't be there. This error will happen at completely random times and has no rhyme or reason as to what I might be doing at that moment. I have even been afk only to return to see that my computer has restarted with no visual signs of anything being updated. I have absolutely no idea how to fix this. Not only that, but I can't ever seem to get a decent crash log to appear. : / I've Googled it, and no one seems to share this error. Nothing on my system seems to ever overheat. I have like 7 fans in my tower and I'm using great liquid cooling on the processor. Nothing is overclocked, so everything is running at the factory-built speeds. Does anyone else have this issue? If so, then let's try to solve it together. If not, then please help me to figure out why this is happening.

Here is the details of the last error that was reported from the event viewer regarding NVLDDMKM...

BIOS has also been updated to latest version from MSI website. For RGB, I use Dragon Center Mystic Light, TT RGB Plus for water cooler, and Corsair iCue software for memory, mouse, and keyboard. All firmware has been kept up-to-date as well. I also run CCleaner on a regular basis, and I use Bitdefender for antivirus protection.

If anyone knows of anything that might be of helpful information on what to do about this weird error, then please let me know. Thank you.

    :)

    Installing new GPU.

Hey gang. Got really lucky today and snagged a MSI ventus 3x oc RTX 3080. I currently have a Gigabyte. GTX 1080. Besides uninstalling the Gigabyte program. Do I need to uninstall the current Nvidia driver's or can I just pop the card in and use it?
