  1. "Object Invoked Has Disconnected From Its Clients" login-in error

A few months ago an annoying error started to occur when trying to log in. When trying to log in, the computer will immediately bring up a screen saying "The Object Invoked Has Disconnected From Its Clients" with a single option just saying "Okay." It started as an error we got every once in awhile that could be fixed by holding the power button until the computer powered off then starting again, but now, in the last week or so, every time any of us try to log in after someone else we get the error and need to fix it the same way as mentioned previously. We're not sure what is causing this at all.

Any information that might be relevant-
We got this computer (HP Pavilion 500 PC Series) from my uncle a couple years back after he had passed away. It was almost completely the same as it was when he bought it pre-built. The only change he made prior to his death was upgrading the RAM from 4GB to 8GB.
The computer is about 4-6 years old and was updated to Windows 10 back when they were letting you upgrade for free that one summer a couple years back.
We have no access to power options from the log-in screen. Only way to turn it on or off without logging in is with the power button.
The error occurs even when the person using the computer before logs out entirely. The error prevents anyone from logging in so we can't get in to access the task manager or anything else. It's also never occurred while trying to access files.
If it matters, recently I had bought a graphics card and new power supply and installed them correctly. The error was occurring before this and the new components didn't make the issue any more or less common.
The PC is a simple home PC connected to the internet via Ethernet. It's not connected to a network or anything like that.
There are 5 accounts on this PC. Mine, my two brothers', a guest, and my uncle's. Only mine and one of my brother's have admin privileges.

I'm not too technologically literate, so I gave just about any information I could see being relevant to trying to fix this. It's getting REALLY annoying and turning the PC on and off again so often probably isn't the best thing to do. If there's anything else you need me to clarify just say so and I'll try my best. Again, I'm not too great with computers. My knowledge is only basic level at best.
