Windows 10: occur an error on installing update time

Discus and support occur an error on installing update time in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I have downloaded a update , but when I want to restart my laptop to install that, occur a problem and it can't install.     I have downloaded a update , but when I want to restart my laptop to install that, occur a problem and it can't install. The error code is 0x80070011 and The Error is: We couldn't complete the updates. What's the solution?

    iTunes installation + Other installation that have occured

    It seems that there's a problem with that particular link. Anyhow, here are some steps that you can try and see if it resolves the issue:

    • Disable your third-party antivirus.
    • Install iTunes as administrator.
    • Update your Windows.
    • Restart your PC.
    • Visit Apple forums to check for suggestions.

    Update us with the results of these steps.

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    Windows Updates failed to instal

    I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
