Windows 10: October 2018 Update: Admin Issues

Please help.

My PC had a BSOD sometime during November 2018 (randomly) and once it restarted, it logged into a new user and my default user was not logging in.

My Microsoft account is what I use to log into my PC (which is fine), the only difference is that it goes to another user for some reason. Once I restarted in hopes of solving the problem, it just added to it by creating a few more of such temporary users. Know that I have ONLY one user on this PC which I believe has admin permissions or something.

October Update

I found a site which said that this was due to the October Update: https://mspoweruser.com/new-windows-10-october-2018-update-issue-will-disable-your-local-administrator-account/

My issue is the same as described in the link so I assume that is the problem.

I previously contacted Microsoft Support, and they recommended refreshing my PC, which still didn't work.

Details

ALL my files are there, but can't be directly accessed. Eg: If I had to open Documents, I have to go to D:/users/ and only then can I select my user and open those files.

Almost September and are the October 2018 update release in the September or October?

 

'No audio output device installed' October 2018 update issue

Has Microsoft provided a solution to reinstall the audio output device, an issue created by its October 2018 update?
