Windows 10: October 2020 Windows update caused all videos to be a black screen

Since the Oct 2020 Windows update I can no longer see video on my laptop I can hear but see only a black screen. I can't watch YouTube videos, Xfinity TV channels, my Zoom connection blacks in and out. Also the Outlook preview of e-mails blacks in and out. Ach!!

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
