    Hi,

    This update sems to have successfully loaded, but I see a message saying 'Requires a restart to finish installing'


    After mutiple restarts I still see this same message.


    I have tried running the Windows Update Troubleshooter nut this could not find any issues.


    Is there something else I could try please?


    I have just successfully installed Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903.
