  1. Oculus Rift headset USB problems

    Hi All,

I have 2 issues with my Oculus Rift CV1 headset.

Firstly I keep getting error code 31 - USB Device failed to reset. This is on boot up.

Second issue is the headset being reported as USB 2.0 when it should be USB 3.0.

I have tried all my USB 3.0 ports including a PCIex USB 3.0 card.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

    :)

    Oculus Rift S Restock

I wanted to purchase an Oculus Rift S for myself from Microsoft because of the student discount. The Oculus Rift S has been sold out everywhere, with restocks lasting only minutes. This is the same for the Microsoft website and I was wondering if anyone
would be able to tell me when the next restock for the Oculus Rift S will be, or even if you can tell me when Microsoft usually gets restocks for the Oculus Rift S. Thank you!
