  1. Odd event ID and black screen whilst installing adobe product

    Hey all

So i was installing adobe acrobat DC reader, and my screen went black accept for my browser and a few other opened windows which still functioned with a black screen, then my screen came back and i am not sure why.

then i saw these event logs, is my security compromised? how could these happen? one suggests that im joining an active directory domain when im at home on my PC.

i disabled windows business hello via GPEDIT, but i still would like to know what the hell happened

  2. Computer randomly has black screen and restarts

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.

  3. Windows 10 infinite restart black screen

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
