  1. Odd Muffling Issue

Today, for whatever odd reason, my audio has been extremely muffled. In Realtek, the stereo, quad, and 5.1 options are all super bassy and far too quiet. Even more odd is the fact that setting the audio to 7.1 fixes the audio clarity by a mile, this is odd because I am using a pair of headphones. Is there some setting that I am missing here? While 7.1 works, the audio is still buggy naturally and stereo was working just fine yesterday. Any help is appreciated.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
