Windows 10: Odd Windows 10 Start Menu

I did a pc refresh on Windows 10. I installed a few drivers and software. After a few restarts i noticed these changes, Blurry start menu tiles,grey font and (sometimes) darkened tiles.

Is there a reason why this happened?




I also have an Intel HD Graphics 5500 and AMD Radeon R7 M260

So, there are no restore points before November 20, which is odd. Now, other apps besides IE and Control Panel are not opening on the Start Menu. They appear, but either crash when loading or don't load at all. Photos is one. Kindle is another. This is
very odd. Does anyone have any idea before I totally reinstall Windows 10?

I am able to move around and personalize the tiles after the first procedure, where you asked to do :

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Now I just customized the start screen accordingly. It seems to work fine as of now. I am very grateful for your help. Thank you very very much sir.

Hello guys, I had the exact same problem but now i think i have found the solution. I disabled the Conservative Morphological Anti-Aliasing in the graphic properties and rebooted. Its working fine now. P.S. I have Intel HD 4400 graphics adaper.

 

Thanks, it fixed the darkened font, but the blurriness still hasn't been fixed

I used both solutions provided on the links, so it is difficult to say which one worked, but it did! Even after a restart and shut down.
