Windows 10: Oem Windows 10 Pro Keys and Reinstall PC.

I bought an oem windows 10 pro key on GoodOffer24. And I have some issue with forza horizon 4 So I must reinstall my PC. Do I need buy new an oem key after reinstall or my key will still work? I read on some forums and microsoft questions, somebody said oem keys written on motherboard and if you don't change the motherboard, your oem key still working on this pc. Will ı need new key after reinstall?

oem activation key

I have a window 10 os oem version. I want to do a fresh reinstall on my computer. Can I use the same activation key ( i used in the first place to get my pc up and running) if it has been used before.

Note: I will use the same cd and the key

 

Should I buy Windows 10 Home or Pro?

I bought a win 10 pro oem key for £25, changed my motherboard and cpu, and reinstalled windows, and it activated automatically. So I would say why not buy pro?

Was near enough instant delivery of key by email, and it activated on my original install, and on a clean install with changed hardware. Can't say fairer than that for £25

Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?
